The SMS Performance Report includes key metrics across all messages sent within your selected date range:

1. Delivered Messages #

  • Total number of SMS messages successfully delivered.

  • Includes a direct link to view all leads who received your messages.

2. Responses Received (Replies) #

  • Count of incoming SMS replies from leads.

  • View specific leads who responded with one click.

3. Failed Messages #

  • Number of SMS messages that were not delivered due to carrier errors, invalid numbers, or blocked routes.

  • Includes direct access to the list of affected leads to help you take corrective action.

4. Opt-Outs #

  • Total number of recipients who unsubscribed from SMS communication.

  • Links directly to the opt-out lead list for compliance review and record-keeping.


Filtering Your Results #

Date Range #
