There are 3 main layers when creating an account in Ynot:
-
Master Client – Top level category for client
-
Brand – Second level category for separation of client brands
-
Locations – Third level for individual client locations
Master Client
A Master Client is a category that has brands and locations assigned. It is the company in charge of billing for the Brands and Locations under its account. Brands are attached to a Master Client, and everything else is attached to the Brands.
Additional fields:
-
Disposition Lockdown – This is the number of days after the end of the month that the users can place leads as Invalid-Returns. This feature helps to control the timeframe that a lead’s disposition can be changed by users with restricted access.
-
Duplicate policy – This affects Leads being posted by 3rd party vendors into Ynot. A duplicate prospect posted into Ynot within 30 days (or whatever value set) from the original lead’s date found in your account will be Rejected.
Programs/Products
A Program/Product is the item or service being advertised. A Category (career), Level of education minimum requirements, and Type (degree type) can be associated with the program/product. The program/product is assigned to the Master Client level if it is offered across multiple Brands. If it is Brand specific, it is best to assign to the Brand Level. These programs/products then are assigned to specific locations.
