Statuses are used to track the prospects current stage in regards to sales and becoming a customer. Companies have different metrics and categories for what’s considered important when tracking their potential customers. The stages help your team understand when and how to follow up their prospects in their pipeline. The conversion metric for one company might not be the same for another so the ones available and based on your companies business model.
