Email and SMS templates are a great way to communicate with your prospect, whether selecting a template from the detail of the record or creating automated nurturing campaigns.
An appointment option is also available when creating templates. If selected, those emails become an option when a Calendar Appointment is being created. The appointment email contains the scheduled time and date of the appointment set with the prospect. The Calendar Appointment also triggers an auto-generated email to the prospect 24 hours prior to the appointment as a reminder.
There are “Variables” that can be used throughout your templates which update based on the sender’s information. This allows one template to be used by multiple agents at a location.
